Returns

Return Window: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Custom-made orders or items that have been used are generally not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kapwisusjwkeod@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kapwisusjwkeod@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund accordingly.
